High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

A high-intensity type of workout with short breaks during which even 9 times more fat is burned compared to standard aerobic trainings.

 

HIIT starts with 5-10 minutes warm-up, followed by an intense part of training lasting 20-25 minutes and ending with stretching for 5-10 minutes.

 

Although the duration of HIIT training is significantly shorter than usual types of workouts, in just 20 minutes of HIIT training you can achieve results of 60 minutes of conventional cardio training, while fat burning continues even during the body’s recovery period.

 

In just half an hour of active exercising 2-3 times a week, body mass is effectively regulated, metabolism is accelerated and muscles are strengthened, which is why HIIT is so popular globally.
