Pilates

A form of physical exercise that simultaneously develops muscle strength and body flexibility.

Pilates uses various fitness props such as: bands, small/large balls, dumbbells and many other and belongs to the group of trainings that quickly brings visible results.

 

It was created as a form of rehabilitation, for which it is also still being used today. Practicing Pilates strengthens the internal muscles of the core, which allows correct body posture and mobility of the spinal column, and it is suitable for all people who suffer from back pain, especially those who sit for long periods of time.

 

Pilates as a system of functional exercises effectively affects shaping of all parts of the body while thanks to it we get a more flexible and visually elongated body, ready to withstand all daily efforts.
